Full-Time Working Single Mother Losing Power – Need 16.69 – Goal Met!

Story

We alert you today of a single mother who works full time and cares for her 6 year old little boy. She over extended herself helping her mother through a serious housing issue. She was forced to choose between wrecking her normally stable budget or seeing her mother on the street. She chose to help her mother and as a result is now in danger of having her power disconnected.

Social services told her that if she could get a letter stating something health-related happened to her or her son that they would pay the bill for her. However, she refuses to be dishonest about the cause of her financial distress.

She is very hard-working and has a history of being very responsible. We would like to help her get back on track with her budget by paying her power bill.
