60 Year Old New Widow Needs Help – Need 17.11 – Goal Met!

Story

We alert you on this awesome Monday of a 60 year old newly widowed woman in need. She lost her husband on December 10th and spent all of her savings ($2,400) to bury him. She was fine financially until she realized that she, by law, would have to send his social security check back to the US Treasury and wait for her widow pension. Well, this is not a quick process and now she is in a tight spot financially. She will be financially stable once the checks begin arriving, but she needs help to get through this month.

We would like to help her through this month with her mortgage and couple of utility bills.
